Following the System Implementation Framework, this next case study shifts focus from system design to user adoption. Change enablement is just as critical as configuration, it’s where strategy meets behavior.
This project explores how I helped prepare learners for organizational change by developing a framework that aligns communication, training, and readiness planning to drive confident adoption across teams.

BI Analyst Trainee @ TripleTen
During my time (~ 400 hours) in the Business Intelligence Analyst program at TripleTen, I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, gaining proficiency in key tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. This program provided me with the technical and business acumen needed to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Transformed and filtered data by using aggregating and filtering functions to improve the reporting process.
Zuber - The Rideshare Company
E-Commerce Transacational Logs
Analyzed raw transactional logs using Google Sheets to build a conversion funnel and conduct cohort analysis. Employed advanced spreadsheet techniques to track user activities, calculate conversion rates, and assess customer retention over time, providing insights that enhanced the company’s online sales strategy.
Superstore Tableau Visualzation
Used Tableau to create a series of data visualizations to increase a superstore’s profitability and avoid bankruptcy. Transformed complex data into intuitive visual insights that guided executive decision-making, focusing on profit and loss centers, ad spending, ROI, and average return rate.
Superstore Returns Analysis
This project involves an in-depth analysis of product returns for a fictional retail company using Tableau. The analysis focuses on identifying key patterns and root causes of returns across different product categories, customers, and geographic regions. The project includes several key components:
Data Visualization: Created a series of dashboards and visualizations, including scatterplots, bar charts, and tree maps, to illustrate the relationship between sales and returns, identify high-risk categories, and analyze return rates by customer and region.
Root Cause Analysis: Identified potential root causes of returns, such as product quality issues and persistent customer dissatisfaction, through interactive maps and filters.
Actionable Insights: Provided recommendations based on the analysis, such as targeted follow-ups with specific customers and improvements in product quality and service.
Storytelling: Developed a cohesive narrative that guides stakeholders through the analysis, culminating in a set of proposed actions to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
